X-Stream Static Mixer
The X-Stream Static Mixer was developed by Integra after years of research and use of other mixing tips in the surfacing industry. Features include:
- Features a bayonet style mechanism for quick attachment and removal
- The unique downpipe on the coaxial design keeps both the adhesive and catalyst components separate to prevent cross-contamination
- Activator is split into two streams at the base of the tip vastly increasing mixing power
- Squared nozzle design helps maintain a steady, even bead along the entire joint to be seamed.
X-Stream Large Static Mixer
This is specifically designed for use with our 500ml Rodding Compound, which is a higher viscosity material. The increased housing side reduces operator fatique, and increases the flow-rate of the adhesive for applications like Rodding, where more adhesive is required for embedding rods.

5 Inch Threaded Mixer
For use with our Substrate Bonder SB100, the threaded mixer goes on easily, requiring no additional nuts that are easily lost preventing work. This mixing tip fully mixes the components 24 times for even cure distribution.
